ManpowerGroup announces the appointment of Ronny Lommelen as Country Manager for Belgium & Luxembourg

ManpowerGroup announces the appointment of Ronny Lommelen as Country Manager Belgium & Luxembourg, effective October 6, 2025. He succeeds Sébastien Delfosse, who is taking on new international responsibilities within the Group.

Ronny Lommelen brings over 25 years of experience in the HR services sector, both in Belgium and internationally. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, he served as Managing Director of Harvey Nash Belux, where he helped position the company as a leader in technology services. Under his leadership, Harvey Nash experienced sustained growth, driven by strategic initiatives and the development of high-performing teams.

In his new role, Ronny Lommelen will be responsible for the strategy and development of ManpowerGroup BeLux, with the aim of accelerating transformation, innovation, and growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. He will play a key role in strengthening the Group’s culture of collaboration and excellence, building on the positive momentum and opportunities across its brands – Manpower, Experis, Jefferson Wells, and Talent Solutions.
