This is a hands-on leadership role, where you combine strategic oversight with active involvement in business partnering activities, leading a team of two Finance Business Partners.

Your Role as Head of Finance Business Partnering
Drive Strategic Decision-Making & Business Performance
- Provide a consolidated financial view across all ManpowerGroup Belgium activities, supporting the Finance Director in evaluating performance and guiding decisions.
- Act as a key strategic partner to leadership, influencing business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Challenge commercial and operational leaders to ensure decisions are grounded in strong financial rationale.
- Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and business case development to support strategic initiatives.
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, actively contributing to key analyses and decision-making processes.
Lead Planning, Forecasting & Financial Governance
- Own and coordinate all Finance Business Partnering activities including month-end closings, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Lead the development of annual plans, long-range plans, and regular forecasts across brands.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and define corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure robust use of KPIs and performance metrics to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Deliver high-quality reporting including P&L, revenue, and overhead analysis on a recurring basis.
Lead & Develop the Finance Business Partnering Function
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Finance Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment and performance.
- Balance leadership with operational involvement, acting as both a manager and a senior individual contributor.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support team development through feedback, performance reviews, and capability building.
Partner with Senior Stakeholders
- Act as the primary finance partner to Brand Directors and senior business leaders.
- Participate in and lead strategic business reviews and performance discussions.
- Present complex financial topics in a clear and compelling way to various audiences.
- Support decision-making at all levels as a trusted internal consultant.
- Contribute to the development of forward-looking metrics (e.g. customer value, operational KPIs) to drive long-term growth.
Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Take a leading role in optimizing Finance Business Partnering processes, reporting, and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance financial insights through smarter use of tools and data.
- Bring a creative and innovative mindset to improve ways of working and increase the impact of finance within the business.
- Collaborate with Finance teams, Shared Services, and Centres of Expertise to drive efficiency and consistency.
Ensure Governance & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Operations, and support functions to align financial and business goals.
- Ensure full compliance with financial policies and internal control frameworks.
- Contribute to strengthening financial governance and best practices across the organization.
Who We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in FP&A, business partnering, or strategic finance roles within international organizations
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally in a hands-on leadership role
- Strong track record in influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- Commercial acumen and understanding of financial and operational drivers
- A proactive, innovative mindset, with a strong interest in improving tools, processes, and data usage
- Comfortable combining strategy and execution in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
- Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools are a strong asset
