At ManpowerGroup, we are looking for a highly organized and reliable Management Assistant to support the BeLux Leadership Team.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, prioritization, and structure, while handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, and working daily in Dutch, French, and English.

Your Role

As Management Assistant, you act as a central coordination hub, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting senior stakeholders across multiple topics simultaneously.

Organization, Prioritization & Multitasking

  • Manage complex calendars and continuously adapt priorities
  • Handle multiple requests simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure follow-up on deadlines, actions, and administrative processes
  • Bring structure and clarity in a fast-moving, demanding environment

Administrative & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and coordinate executive, board, and internal meetings
  • Prepare agendas and ensure proper follow-up of action points
  • Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Arrange travel logistics (transport & accommodation)
  • Follow up on expenses (Rydoo) and administrative processes

Communication in a Trilingual Environment

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft, proofread, and translate communications in Dutch, French, and English
  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests and information
  • Ensure smooth, clear, and professional communication at all levels

Confidentiality & Reliability

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Manage delicate topics with professionalism and integrity
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders through reliability and accuracy

Projects & Operational Support

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, events, and coordination initiatives
  • Support the Leadership Team in optimizing daily operations and efficiency

Who you are

  • Degree in Office Management, Communication, or equivalent experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible and stress-resistant

Tools

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Languages (essential)

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (daily professional use)

Experience in an international or corporate environment is a plus
