  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Finance Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment and performance.
  • Balance leadership with operational involvement, acting as both a manager and a senior individual contributor.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support team development through feedback, performance reviews, and capability building.

Partner with Senior Stakeholders

  • Act as the primary finance partner to Brand Directors and senior business leaders.

  • Support decision-making at all levels as a trusted internal consultant.
  • Contribute to the development of forward-looking metrics (e.g. customer value, operational KPIs) to drive long-term growth.

Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Take a leading role in optimizing Finance Business Partnering processes, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance financial insights through smarter use of tools and data.
  • Bring a creative and innovative mindset to improve ways of working and increase the impact of finance within the business.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams, Shared Services, and Centres of Expertise to drive efficiency and consistency.

Ensure Governance & Collaboration
