This year’s theme, A Human First, Just Transition, reflects the impactful work happening across our organization every day to unlock opportunity for people and communities, while helping employers and economies transform for the future and make positive impacts on our planet.

Planet – We are Continuing to Reduce our Emissions

• Reduced our direct emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 9% year-over-year, and by 32% since 2019
• Expanded electric vehicle fleet, removing 200 gas-powered vehicles, replacing with 100 EVs
• Named by TIME as one of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies in 2024 and 2025

On People & Prosperity – We are Creating Talent at Scale and Meaningful Work for All

• Scaled Manpower MyPath to more than 301,000 associates, increasing employability, laying out career pathways and upskilling people for growth roles
• On track to upskill 17,000 people this year through Experis Academy in high demand AWS, SAP and Azure skills

 Principles of Governance – Setting High Standards & Leading in Our Industry

• Recognized by Ethisphere for 16th time as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies – more than any organization in the industry
• Completed a comprehensive Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) to align with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)

• Earned an EcoVadis gold medal at the global level for 2025 (80/100).
