As Operations Manager, your days will be as dynamic as they are impactful. You’ll play a key role in:
- Implementing Change & Optimization: Oversee process changes, optimize program functions, and ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations.
- Program Management: Manage client expectations and deliver services that meet or exceed contractual requirements (KPI/SLA performance, penalty avoidance).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, measure their satisfaction, and organize operational meetings to ensure alignment.
- Operational Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure the program is running efficiently and cost-effectively, optimizing productivity and lowering operational costs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels, from operational professionals to senior management.
- Contract Support: Assist in contract renewals, change requests, and making/monitoring Program Service Delivery Plans.
- Profitability Growth: Contribute to revenue growth and cost efficiency to maintain the profitability of the program, working alongside the Business Unit Manager (BUM).
- Program Maturity: Drive the growth of the program, ensuring it matures to generate more sales, create references, and maintain a long-lasting client relationship.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who has a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills:
- Educational Background: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience.
- Professional Experience: Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and delivering high-quality services.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, from operational staff to top management.
- Operational Management: Experience managing teams and driving day-to-day service delivery.
