What will you do?
As Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the contingent workforce (freelancers, contractors, etc.) at one of our key client accounts. Your role will be varied, engaging, and essential to the success of our clients and your team. Key responsibilities include:
- Supplier Management: Handle relationships with third-party vendors supplying essential talent. This includes onboarding, managing, negotiating, and maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison between the business and suppliers, ensuring you understand the client’s needs and anticipate future requirements. Collaborate closely with various departments to deliver exceptional results.
- Selection & Performance: Participate in selection interviews to assess soft skills and follow up on performance, ensuring the right fit for the client’s needs.
- Contract Management: Create and manage Purchase Orders for new hires or service extensions.
- Reporting & Administration: Ensure timely and accurate reporting while managing administrative tasks related to talent management.
- Technology Support: Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) daily to ensure smooth processes.

- Relevant Experience: Previous experience of minimum 3 years in recruitment, HR (soft/hard), or purchasing roles.
- Strong Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate with various stakeholders across the organization and suppliers.
- Organized & Flexible: You know how to prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
- Multilingual: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
