Mais les usages ont consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9\u00a0: aujourd\u2019hui,\u00a063% des candidats en recherche active d\u2019emploi consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre assis derri\u00e8re leur \u00e9cran, \u00e0 leur bureau, pour s\u2019acquitter de leur charge de travail. C\u2019est l\u2019une des principales conclusions de l\u2019enqu\u00eate \u2018<\/strong><strong>Global Candidate Preferences\u2019\u00a0 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>13.961 candidats en recherche active d\u2019emploi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la politique salariale, de la gestion des carri\u00e8res et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, la flexibilit\u00e9 s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme un pilier incontournable dans la gestion des ressources humaines. <strong>Aujourd\u2019hui, la flexibilit\u00e9 inclut deux volets.<\/strong> Le premier concerne la mise en place de <strong>mod\u00e8les d\u2019organisation du travail<\/strong> qui rendent l\u2019entreprise plus agile \u2013 via notamment l\u2019int\u00e9rim, les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou d\u2019autres instruments sp\u00e9cifiques. Le second vise \u00e0 offrir aux salari\u00e9s des <strong>arrangements autour du temps ou du lieu de travail<\/strong> en r\u00e9pondant de fa\u00e7on innovante aux attentes en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La flexibilit\u00e9 toujours plus recherch\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pour pr\u00e8s de 40% des personnes interrog\u00e9es (38%)\u00a0 dans les 19 pays sond\u00e9s, la flexibilit\u00e9 au travail est d\u00e9terminante dans le choix d\u2019un employeur. La<\/strong> nature de la fonction (53%) et\u00a0 le salaire (59%) sont les seuls crit\u00e8res qui figurent plus haut dans la liste de leurs priorit\u00e9s. Dans certains pays, le facteur \u00ab\u00a0flexibilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb a m\u00eame progress\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re impressionnante, \u00e0 hauteur de 20 \u00e0 30%, en un an seulement. Dans la plupart des pays sur lesquels porte l\u2019\u00e9tude, les candidats masculins sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 citer le facteur \u00ab\u00a0flexibilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb dans leurs crit\u00e8res de choix d\u2019une entreprise. Une progression observ\u00e9e en Australie (40%, +12% par rapport \u00e0 2015) ou aux Etats-Unis (43%,+ 7%). Conscients \u00e0 84% que leur carri\u00e8re ne sera pas lin\u00e9aire,\u00a0<strong>la majorit\u00e9 des\u00a0<\/strong><em>millennials<\/em><strong>\u00a0interrog\u00e9s citent la flexibilit\u00e9 comme un crit\u00e8re pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant<\/strong>\u00a0dans le choix d\u2019un employeur. \u00a0Les\u00a0<em>baby-boomers<\/em>\u00a0(50-65 ans) la recherchent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s largement. La flexibilit\u00e9 leur a permis d\u2019adapter leur emploi du temps et de continuer \u00e0 travailler, parfois \u00e0 temps partiel, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite.
