Lead Financial Excellence Across Belgium & Luxembourg<\/p>\n
ManpowerGroup Belgium & Luxembourg is looking for a Head of Financial Controlling BeLux to lead financial reporting, governance, compliance and accounting activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a senior leadership role within the European Finance organization, reporting to the Director Financial Controlling Europe.<\/p>\n
You will lead a team of two Financial Controllers and act as the key finance expert for financial reporting, statutory accounting, controls, audits and compliance within an international matrix organization.<\/p>\n
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Lead all financial controlling and accounting activities for Belgium and Luxembourg<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and compliance requirements<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain a strong internal control and SOX environment<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Partner with regional finance, tax, treasury and shared service teams<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Drive process improvements, standardization and finance transformation initiatives<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers<\/p>\n

What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration<\/p>\n
\u00b7 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Audit or Controllership<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proven leadership experience in an international environment<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounting, audits and internal controls<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience working in a multinational matrix organization<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Big 4 experience is considered a strong advantage<\/p>\n
Languages<\/p>\n
\u00b7 French: required<\/p>\n
\u00b7 English: required<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Dutch is a strong plus<\/p>\n
